Ch\u00e2tillon-Coligny has a population of 3,000 (with Ste Genevi\u00e8ve des Bois) and is located 23 km from Montargis and 135 km from Paris. Ch\u00e2tillon-Coligny is crossed by the Loing and for four centuries by the Briare canal.The landscape is made up of fertile, fairly wooded plateaus, interspersed with the valleys of the Long and its tributaries. Its countryside offers exceptional hunting and fishing grounds.<\/p>\n\n
