Located near the pool, across from the castle and the old bridge, our bar-restaurant, “Port-Gallier,” is open 7 days a week from mid-March through the end of October and offers a very welcoming atmosphere for your moments of relaxation.
A warm welcome is reserved for you and a large choice is proposed to you on the spot or to take away (menu, dish of the day, pasta, pastries, ice creams etc…), at very reasonable prices.
The colorful and comfortable terrace invites you to “laze around” while allowing parents or grandparents to keep an eye on the children and theplayground.
The establishment is open to the outside clientele and thus allows unexpected and enriching encounters.
The restaurant can accommodate groups by reservation for your events.
On-site services
The “SolBerVal” grocery store, located 20 meters from the campground and open year-round, will win you over with the quality and variety of its fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) and regional specialties (wines, cheeses, honey, cakes, etc.). We also offer a bread service there from June through September: open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday mornings in July and August.
We offer paid Wi-Fi access throughout the campground so you can stay connected with your loved ones, even while on vacation in a mobile home. Don’t worry about doing laundry—a laundry room with several washing machines, a dryer, and an ironing board is available. Tokens for the laundry room are available for purchase at the front desk. Keep your snacks and picnics cool during your walks around the campground— there’s a freezer in the laundry room that’s freely accessible for storing ice packs. You’ll also find plenty of picnic tables throughout our campground so hikers can make the most of a well-deserved break.
Finally, RV travelers will be able to take advantage of a free-access service area.
- Internet access is available for a fee throughout the site.
- A laundromat is at your disposal : washing machines, dryers, ironing boards : tokens on sale at the reception.
- A freezer for your ice cream is available in the laundry room.
- The 2 sanitary blocks are equipped with a “disabled” cabin. Only one block is open and heated in low season.
- A motorhome service area is located near the laundry, at the entrance of the site; chemical dumping stations for cassettes are installed in the 2 main sanitary blocks.
- Picnic tables will allow hikers to fully enjoy their stop.
There are food shops (bakeries, deli, butcher shop) within a 5-minute walk of the campground in Gien, in the Loiret department, as well as a bar, tobacco shop, and newsstand.
